Purpose
Central Global University recognises the importance of effective communication and professional interaction between staff and students. This policy outlines how students are encouraged to provide feedback on staff communication, responsiveness, and service quality, and how this feedback is used to enhance the student experience.
Scope
This policy applies to all interactions between students and university staff, including:
- Academic and teaching staff

Feedback may relate to communication, responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of service delivery.
